Terrible service. Avoid at all costs. If you don't understand English then why are you working in public service?

I wanted to give a positive shout-out to the team at the 15 Egerton Cres, Withington, Manchester M20 4PL
Let's be real, going to the Post Office often means a bit of a wait, but I was genuinely impressed with how efficiently the lines moved during the busy lunchtime rush.
When I reached the counter, the employee (Counter #3) was excellent. They were focused, quick, and handled my request for purchasing stamps and sending a Priority Mail package without any unnecessary delay. They didn't have time for extensive small talk, but they were definitely polite and professional.
My package was weighed and processed correctly on the first try, and I was out the door in under ten minutes, which is a win in my book for a busy weekday.
Highly recommend this location for getting the job done right and fast.
